At Sandy’s Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• The Notification Window: You must notify us of your intent to return via support@sandyboutique.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

• The Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to our registered address (found on our Contact Page).

2. Return Conditions & “Fair Use” Policy

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, resalable condition.

• Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks (such as makeup, tan, or deodorant) or scents (such as perfume or smoke).

• Inspection: Every return is inspected. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition (e.g., “wardrobing” – wearing an item for an event and then returning it), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a “diminished value” fee.

3. Sizing and Measurements

We provide size guides to help you choose the best fit. Please note:

• Measurements are approximate and provided as a guide.

• A slight variation in fit is a standard characteristic of clothing manufacturing and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

• Pierced Jewellery (e.g., earrings).

• Intimate Apparel (e.g., underwear, bodysuits).

• Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed).

• Face Masks.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@sandyboutique.co.uk with your Order Number and the items you wish to return.

2. Package your items securely. We recommend using the original packaging where possible.

3. Send your parcel to the address listed on our Contact Page.

4. Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

6. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the credit in your account.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@sandyboutique.co.uk with photos of the fault. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods.
